An exercise system with and without apparatus based on eight basic principles. The aim is to improve flexibility and strength and to create a balance in the body. It includes comprehensive regulation of the physical functions and leads to physical and mental relaxation.

ZUMBA

fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun". It combines Latin and international music in dance routines featuring aerobic and fitness interval training done to a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It was developed by Colombian fitness trainer Beto Perez a decade ago.

MUSICAL THEATER JAZZ

Jack Cole, Matt Mattox, Gus Giordano and Luigi! These are all the names of greats that were founders for the likes of Michael Bennett and Bob Fosse!! Class begins with conditioning the body and a series of stretches to develop strength and stamina. Now add to that... another layer and you begin to work on a deeper understanding of style, musicality, dynamics and the ability to catch on to new combinations on a regular basis and perform it. Students will start to develop an eye for learning quicker and feeling more comfortable in auditions. Musical Theatre Jazz II is for the student that has taken dance and would like to get more out of each step, dig deeper and dance from the inside out.

SONG AND DANCE

Broadway musical theatre at it's best! The students will be given music, taught the vocals and combine that with a dance combination. Whether you are a singer or a dancer, you will work on the skills to better your technique, strengthen your stamina and add a new dimension to your performance level! So you think you can SING and DANCE? Well... YOU NOW CAN!!!!

FLOOR BARRE

Combines classic ballet with anatomical body alignment to help lengthen and elongate muscles. Corrects placement and strengthens joints. Working on the floor without the pressure of gravity, students of all ages can correct and help strengthen injuries. Zena Rommett, a pioneer in injury prevention and rehabilitation, is a unique and pure movement recommended by notable medical practitioners on a regular basis.
